Apply for an Online Account

If you are interested in applying for a new Online Account (necessary if you want to make purchases online), you can do so below. Existing customers who which to purchase online require an Online Account. If you have never setup an Online Account with us, or if your existing Online Account dates from before November of 2006 you will need to fill out the form below to setup your Online Account.

Please be advised that this site is for wholesale only. No retail sales will be allowed. There is a $300 minimum order. If you are in the State of Virginia, you must provide us with your Tax Exempt number. You can fax it to: 434-797-2066, or provide it by mail to:

Once your application has been received it will be reviewed by our inside sales team. We only process applications from 8-9am Monday-Friday. Applications received after 9am on Friday will not be processed until the following week. We will notify you via Email when your account has been approved. You will not be able to login until your account has been approved by J.D. Yeatts & Son.

If you would like to apply for an Open Account, you can do so after completing the Online Account application below.

If you already have an Open Account with us, but don't have an Online Account, you do still need to complete the application below, but do not need to send us the Open Account application. Your Online Account will be setup by us with your existing terms.

If you already have an Online Account and would like to apply for an Open Account, please download, fill out and fax back this credit application to JD Yeatts & Son., at 434-797-2066.

If your application is approved we will contact you to let you know about your new terms with us.
